Thank you for your participation in the Second Annual Mermaid Fest Parade! We look forward to making waves with you as you join our parade, rolling down Duval Street.  We encourage eco-friendy/recycled mermaid and underwater themed floats and groups. Please limit your use of single-use plastics when creating your submissions. Let's show our love of mermaids, swimming, and all things ocean as we make a splash in our many hues of ocean blue!
