Meet The Mermaids

Our Mer~island kick-off event, "Meet The Mermaids"! Make some mermaid memories with the 2022 Key West Mermaid Festival Pod. Be "shore" to grab a shell-fie with your favorite mermaids!

You'll get to share a magical mermaid encounter with a professional mermaid! Learn mermaid sea-crets and swim with your favorite mermaids in the island's very own mermaid lagoon, Havana Cabana.

Come in your favorite hue of ocean blue, and dance to the tunes of the best DJ in all of the seven seas. Enjoy food and drink specials, mermaids dressed up in their land legs while others lounge in tails by the pool. This event is shore to be a splashing evening!
A $10.00 donation ticket purchase - will be donated to Reef Relief.
Saturday July 2nd
"Salty Saturday" At the Truman Waterfront Park
Free Event! Open to the public. 10am~5pm
Join us for the first day of out Salty Saturday & Sunday at the park next to the (Splash Pad). to enjoy the ocean of vendors selling treasure daily. For the mermaid enthusiast or ocean lover you will be shore to find a treasure or enjoy the heathy food from our mervelous food trucks.
"Mermaid Block Party" At Shots and Giggles

July 2nd 8pm~11pm
Brought to you by us, and our new friends who are new to the island to help save the seas the "Krewe of Thalassophiles"! Join us as we block off Ann St. and fundraise for Reef Relief with $5.00 drink specials, mervoulous mermaids, super cool humans, and anyone who is a mermaid at heart.
Come as you are or dress as MerFolk to mermingle. Costumes not mandatory but encouraged.
An ocean of thank you's to our sponsors Bombora Vodka, First Legal Rum, and The Waterfront Brewery.
Sunday July 3rd
'Salty Sunday'
Free Event! Open to the public. 10am~5pm
Join us for the 2nd day of out Salty Saturday & Sunday at the park next to the (Splash Pad). Enjoy the ocean of vendors selling treasure daily. For the mermaid enthusiast or ocean lover you will be shore to find a treasure or enjoy the heathy food from our mervelous food trucks.
What you can expect to SEA:
mermaid vendors selling their hand-made Who-zits and Whats-its Galore! There will be educational info on mermaid and swim safety, ocean conservation, plenty of shell-fies Fun for all ages!
'Under the Sea

The Argo Navis may glide elegantly over the sea but her crew and guests will be celebrating all things UNDER the sea with the Key West Mermaids and our sponsors on this epic two hour sunset sail.

Join us on the 4th of July for a Splish Splashing great time! At Lagerheads Beach Bar, the cutest little beach bar at the end of 100 Simonton Street!
Splish Splashing on the
4th is your chance to swim in the open ocean with your favorite mermaids. This shallow beach is perfect for sandcastle building, or relaxing in the Key West sunshine. Be sure to visit this pocket beach for a famous Key West sunset!
